1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using BountyLens ("the Service"), operated by BountyLens ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BountyLens is a web platform that aggregates bug bounty programs from multiple platforms (HackerOne, Bugcrowd, Intigriti, YesWeHack) and provides scoring, scope monitoring, duplicate risk analysis, and related tools for authorized security researchers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and an active member of a supported bug bounty platform to use BountyLens. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

4. Account Registration

Access to BountyLens requires a valid platform email from a supported bug bounty platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow others to access the Service using your credentials.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

BountyLens offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions ("Hunter Pro") are billed monthly through our payment processor, LemonSqueezy. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges at the stated price. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested within 14 days of the initial purchase if the Service does not function as described. Refund requests after 14 days or for subsequent billing cycles are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at [email protected] for refund requests.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BountyLens only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the rules of engagement of the bug bounty programs you participate in. You must not:

• Use the Service for unauthorized access to any system or network
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Service beyond normal use
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its data
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users or platform participants
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, scoring algorithms, and data presentation on BountyLens are the intellectual property of BountyLens. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect minimal personal data required to operate the Service. We do not store your security research, findings, or testing activity.

10. Third-Party Services

BountyLens integrates with third-party platforms (HackerOne, Bugcrowd, Intigriti, YesWeHack) and payment processors (LemonSqueezy). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of third-party integrations is subject to their respective terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of program data, scores, or scope information. BountyLens does not guarantee that you will earn bounties or that any particular vulnerability exists in a listed program.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BountyLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will notify users via email.
